Bags and Backpacks |
Bags and backpacks are permitted
in Scott Stadium. All bags are subject to inspection by stadium
personnel. Fans with bags should proceed to the entry point farthest
to the right at each gate to have their bags checked by stadium
personnel. |

Banners, Signs and Flags |
Banners, signs and flags are allowed
in athletics venues provided they do not impede another guest's
view of the competition, cover any venue signage, and/or are not
attached to the facility. Banners, signs, and flags on poles or
sticks are prohibited. Athletics Event Management reserves the
right to remove any banner, sign, or flag that is in violation
of the policy. |

Cameras |
Still cameras with lenses less than
six inches are allowed; however, flash photography and stands/tripods
are prohibited. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited. |

|
Concierge Desk and
Guest Services |
A Concierge Desk is located in each
suite lobby near the elevator—south end zone, northeast and
northwest wings. These desks are staffed two hours before kickoff
until one hour after the game concludes. Please use this service
for all of your game-day questions or concerns—maintenance,
housekeeping, catering, etc. The phone number is programmed into
your suite phone. |

Decorating |
Permanent alterations such as wallpaper
or changing the paint, carpeting, cabinets, countertops or lighting
fixtures are prohibited. Decorations must be approved by suite
director and stadium facilities manager. Suite holders will be
billed for damages incurred during the term of their lease. |
|
|
Emergency Evacuation Plan |
Severe Weather -
If the PA announcer or video board announces that severe weather
is approaching and the game is suspended, stay in your suite and
close the glass doors until you receive further instructions from
suite staff. If you wish to exit the stadium, please use the ramp
exits and retain your game ticket. Elevators will not be accessible.
If the game resumes you will need your ticket to re-enter the stadium.
Stadium Emergency - If the PA announcer
or video board announces a non-weather emergency evacuation, please
exit the stadium by proceeding safely and quickly to the ramp exits
while retaining your game ticket. Elevators will not be accessible.
If the game resumes you will need your ticket to re-enter the stadium. |

|
Lost and
Found |
During the game, Lost and Found
is located at each suite area’s Concierge Desk—south
end zone, northeast and northwest wings. Articles not claimed after
the game will be taken to the University Hall Facilities and Operations
office, room 209, telephone (434) 243-5247. |

|
Maintenance and Housekeeping |
Contact the Concierge Desk with
housekeeping, electrical or mechanical needs. The telephone number
is programmed into your telephone. |
|
|
Parking |
Suite Holder Lot parking passes
are issued to all Suite Holders. This lot is located on the ramps
and the mezzanine level of the Scott Stadium parking deck. Parking
space numbers are bigger and more visible for Suite Holder convenience.
Suite Holders are required to park in assigned spaces. It is
recommended that Suite Holders educate their guests on exact
numbered space location. |

The only game-day entrance to
the Suite Holder Lot is from Stadium Road via the West Lot entrance.
Both Stadium and Whitehead Road exits are available post-game. |
|
The maximum size vehicle that
can enter and park in the Suite Holder Lot is 18’ long,
8’ wide and 6’ 10” tall. Limousines,
vans and buses do not fit into the Suite Holder Lot. If your
vehicle exceeds these dimensions, please drop your guests at
the West Lot entrance and park at Fontaine Research Park or University
Hall. |

For lost parking passes, please
notify the Virginia Athletics Foundation at (434) 982-5555 or (800)
626-8723. The lots will be monitored by attendants and security
at all times. |
|
|
Pre-Season Load-in |
Suites will be
open on Thursday and Friday, August 31 and September 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
for load-in of beverages and non-perishable food items with the exception of the first game when you are given two days for pre-season load-in. |
|
|
Post-Season Clean-Out |
Suites will be open
on Monday and Tuesday, November 27 and 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
for end of the season clean-out. Please remove any valuable personal
items and all contents of your refrigerators. Refrigerators will
be turned off in December. A fee will be accessed to all suite
holders that do not clean out their refrigerator. The Virginia
Athletics Foundation is not responsible for any personal items
not secured in locked cabinets. |

Re-Entry Policy |
Suite guest tickets will be marked
upon entry onto the 4th level. Suite guests who wish to leave the
4th level and later return will be issued a “return ticket” as
they exit; both the “return ticket” and original suite
ticket must be presented to gain re-entry onto the 4th level. |
|
|
Security Procedures |
Security procedures instituted
at University of Virginia home football games in 2002 will continue.
- Ticket holders will not be allowed to leave the stadium and
return during the game.
- Bags and backpacks are permitted
in Scott Stadium. All bags are subject to inspection by stadium
personnel. Fans with bags should proceed to the entry point farthest
to the right at each gate to have their bags checked by stadium
personnel.
- Alcohol, food, umbrellas, containers, coolers, and video
cameras are prohibited.
- Banners, signs and flags are allowed
in athletics venues provided they do not impede another guest's
view of the competition, cover any venue signage, and/or are not
attached to the facility. Banners, signs, and flags on poles or
sticks are prohibited. Athletics Event Management reserves the
right to remove any banner, sign, or flag that is in violation
of the policy.
- The Federal Aviation Administration will restrict air space
over the stadium.
These measures may cause some delays at the gates, please arrive
early. All gates open two hours prior to kickoff. |

Smoking |
Smoking is prohibited in Scott Stadium.
Patrons who wish to smoke may use the designated smoking area outside
the Southwest Gate. Once guests enter the stadium, they may not
exit and re-enter the stadium without a separate game ticket unless
they are utilizing the designated smoking area. |
|
|
Stocking |
Suites are open from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. the day before each home game with a few exceptions: William & Mary pre-season load-in is two days (Thursday and Friday) and Virginia Tech load-in is Monday due to the Thanksgiving holiday and Friday game. The person stocking your suite must be 21 years of age. |

Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks
and food CANNOT be brought into or removed from Scott Stadium on
game day. Food and beverage may not be passed from the suite into
the stands |
|
Suite holders are not permitted to bring in any appliances according to stadium suite level fire codes. Examples include coffee makers, cappuccino machines, popcorn makers, juicers, ovens, hotplates, toasters, microwaves, crock pots or other food warming devices. All game-day hot food and drinks must be ordered through UVa Catering. |
|
If suite holders would like to purchase one tall refrigerator for their suite, wattage details must be submitted to the Suites Director so approval can be obtained from the Facilities Manager. If the refrigerator is over the allotted wattage per suite, the Facilities Manager has the right to remove one of the smaller existing refrigerators to meet restrictions. |
|
|
Suite Game-Day Host |
For corporate suites or suites
held by more than one individual, the suite contact person should
designate a game-day host who will accept responsibility for
the activities within the suite for that particular game. This
person may or may not be responsible for ordering the food and
beverages for that particular game. The host should also make
himself or herself known to the suite attendant. |

Suite Ticket Will
Call |
Suite Will Call is on the mezzanine
level of Bryant Hall, which is off the mezzanine level of the parking
deck. It opens one and a half hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end
of half-time. All Will Calls will be closed at this time,
including the Public Will Call on the East side of the Stadium. |

Suite Tickets and
Standing Room Only (SRO)
Tickets |
Each suite receives 16 or 20 game
tickets and eight (8) Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets.
A SRO ticket provides entrance into Scott Stadium and access to
your suite. It does not provide a seat. SRO ticket holders may
enter through any Scott Stadium gate. The mezzanine level of Bryant
Hall is preferred for those with South end zone (407-450) SRO tickets. |

Telephones |
Your suite telephone can receive
incoming calls and make outgoing calls. Dialing instructions are
on the phone. The Concierge Desk can be reached by pressing A on
your suite telephone |
|
|
Televisions |
Each suite has two televisions.
One is above the buffet counter in the suite. The other is outside above
the open-air seats. Both can be tuned to any of the basic Comcast
channels or the Hoovision screen. An updated television listing
will be posted in each suite on game day. |

|
Ticket Policy
for Children |
All children age two and under are
admitted free, provided they are sitting on an adult’s lap. |
|
|
Ticket Scanning |
All tickets will be scanned at the
gates. After tickets have been scanned, you may not exit and re-enter
the Stadium. |
